here's the deal... there is some kinda saying for a person who actually listens to music verses listeing to the lyrics. I don't care about the saying, i'm just mentioning it because i know there is something. i feel like lyrics can enrich your soul while music and the melody enrich your life. there's something to be said for a song that can make you cry, laugh, or relive a moment in time with one note, or line. i love music. if i could i'd marry music.
sometimes when i was little my dad would ask, would you rather be blind or deaf- it's always been blind, just because i need music to live, to function, to believe in the magic of this world.
there is so much meaning in music.
I totally agree! It is usually a line in a song that will really get me. Live versions are great too when there is a little awesome mistake or just the inflection with a particular line.
