I think I found the two quickest recipes on epicurious. I did not follow them to the T, but they both taste great! The first time I made the
brussels sprouts recipe I had the right cheese and the white beans and it was good. The pork chop there was actually cooked according to a
lamb chop recipe; I have yet to make the yoghurt sauce because I think that would be better with lamb chops than with pork chops. I would recommend both for a relatively fast week day dinner!
