I have worked with or around several undergrads. I think they can be categorized in a couple of ways. The combination of the below determines whether or not they are worth your time.
Sometimes, even if they are worth the time, you do not get a chance to work with them. Unfortunately, even if they are totally not even close to worth your time or aggravation, you still have to work with them. No surprise that if you want to abbreviate 'under-graduate', you get 'UG'.
P.S. I apparently think I'm too smart to get they're/their/there correct. Fixed in an update.

wow, you have great graph skills! the use of visual aids really does help my comprehension- or derision of UGs!
Yup, it's SO important for people to ask questions, whether it's students or employees. I feel ya.
Amorette, I can thank powerpoint for the venn diagrams. :-)
Spark, a red flag goes up when someone assumes if they could've asked to clarify!
Are you procrastinating? :-)
Aim, more like venting. :-)
Questions are good. I do get frustrated if it's the same question over and over and over again though... it shows you aren't listening.
