Orange-pumpkin roulade

I have never made one of those rolled-up cakey things with the filling, which is apparently called a roulade if you go by the name of this recipe. I always figured it was too hard to roll it all up without the cake part tearing. It actually is not too difficult if you follow the recipe! I got this from Self and apparently has a lot of vitamin A making it healthy. It tasted too yummy to be healthy though.
