So I had a 20% off any clearance item coupon that expired this week. The only pair of brown boots was too narrow in the toe and too loose in the ankle. Not a good combination for boots. Luckily, these shoes were there. I have worn them two days in a row in lab (and have been standing a lot), and they seem to be comfy! They are Born BOC and have a decent wedge on them. Lexi does not seem too thrilled about them in this picture. I think it is just because I had not paid much attention to her since I had gotten home.We did spend some quality time playing with the new laser pen thing though. Well, I sat on the couch, and she played with it really.

I need a laser pen for my dog it looks like fun. In my twisted mind it looks like the cat is surrendering to police (hands on the wall!) while a sniper is covering her with a laser scope. What was that cat up to?

Ron, your dog would probably totally chase it. On the package it essentially said you could use it to play with any animal, even fish.
How great that you can wear your shoes to lab. Who needs boots anyway? ;-) Especially when it barely snows. *smirk*
We don't have a laser pen for our Girlie, but I suspect she would like it since she likes when there are odd beams of light on the walls or floor.
