I have made this recipe for banana yogurt muffins a couple of times now. I added berries both times and did my usual switcheroos:
flour: one cup white flour, 2/3 cup wheat flour, 2 tablespoons flax meal
oil: a splash of oil and a little extra yogurt (could be why they stick to the muffin papers?)
more than a cup of berries :-)
K. My Sunday breakfast is over. Time for another 6 mile walk to prepare for this, blueberry picking, Sunday paper buying and reading, painting, and some scientific paper reading...although the dark storm clouds that have moved in over the past 10 minutes might have other plans for me.
