A visitor
Some of you may have seen a picture or two on the FB. This guys stops by a couple times a day to clean up under the feeders.
He is a ring-necked pheasant.
The cat is not nearly as excited to see him anymore. In fact, she ignored the noise he was making outside the window over the weekend. She does still like the squirrels and chipmunks though.

Pheasants are gorgeous birds. There is one in a small zoo on Toronto Island, and I am always very pleased to see it. Funny how your cat is now jaded!
The cat is used to pheasant??? what kind of bird is it gonna take to get it excited now???
Spark - I like seeing him too! I check when I get home before I even feed the cat. :-)
