The first song is 'Blue Eyes' by Cary Brothers, and the second one is 'Green Eyes' by Coldplay.
I think there is an old song with the line "Baby, make my brown eyes blue". But I can't find it when I google it. I'm probably looking in the wrong place.
I feel like there is another eye color song that I know of but can't think of.... maybe it will come to me later.
danielle, were you thinking of "Don't it Make My Brown Eyes Blue"? I vaguely feel like I've heard of that song, too...

I don't know that Coldplay one. I didn't know there were any for us green-eyes!
(I felt the same way about brown-eyed girl. So I was always preferential to "Long cool woman in a black dress, just a 5'9" beautiful tall", especially because I used to think it was "blonde cool woman".)

See Ern & Sparkling Red, green eyes totally make an impression on people. I'm a little surprised that there aren't more green eye songs because they are so noticeable.

No, it never came to me. And the one that Molly is thinking of is the right lyric. I'm not always so hot at remembering the specific words of lyrics - just the tune.
