Sunflowers scare me! They remind me of those alien flowers on lost in space. You know the one's that would like eat things and then you could pull out an exact duplicate of the item, but then they multiply and come after all the fuel you've been mining. Arrrg!! Ummmm... Ok maybe that was a weird bit of trivia, nice pictures!!
I love the sunflower. I was never one of those people who decorated a house with sunflower-laden objects, but I appreciate the beauty of them.
As for the sky picture, my philosophy is that even if it doesn't represent the image you were trying to capture, it can be enough to jog your memory. And that is the important part of photos.
I HAD to run and get my camera while I had a beer on my porch.
I am not sure this picture is really a good representation of what the sky looked like. It was cool though.
