Susie homemaker

My roommate's parents have been here for a week and will be gone for about a week before they come back. Today, I cleaned the whole apartment (minus my room) from top to bottom. It looks so clean! With four to five people in our apartment for a week, it got pretty gross. I love going barefoot, and I couldn't because of the floors. Ick.

Anyway, now the apartment is super clean.

Tomorrow I am going to see them at a party and I cooked. I made this banana bread that is egg-free.To make up for not using eggs in the bread, I made deviled eggs AND put them in my handy-dandy tote.
I also looked at the little flowers on a succulent plant I have that is in the window over the kitchen sink. The flowers are so tiny, but it has about twenty of them on two long branches. More than I have ever seen on it!Now I am off to finish my toenails and make beeramisu, only with Baileys, not beer.

Baking! Yay! Spring! Yay!
There is something so soul-reviving about staying home and cooking and cleaning.

MMMMMMMMM I love deviled eggs. yum.

The flowers are nice too. I love when something blooms unexpectedly. Or more profusely than you are expecting. :-)

Two of my favourite things: devilled eggs and clean floors!

I'm hungry.

And looking forward to Beeramisu next Sunday. You should be looking forward to FANTASTIC ribs. The Captain did a dry run yesterday and, well, wow.

Aurora, that's for sure!

Danielle, deviled eggs are soooo easy too.

Ron, should I stop posting about cooking all the time? :-)

Spark, that way if you drop the egg, you can still eat it...but you have to clean the floor again.

KHC, I do love me some meat. Can't wait! :-)
