Why do I do this?

Last summer I started this blog mostly so I would not keep repeating the same ridiculous stories about the world of online dating to friends. Blech.

Then I started putting some lyrics out there to guess, and some recipes I liked as I made them.

Then around the first of the year, I came across Blog365. I figured, "Hey, why not?"

Then it became a challenge. I would think all day about what I would write and sometimes come up with something I needed to get out, and sometimes come up with something completely and utterly random.

Then I was outed and finally gave in and gave my brother and sister the web address.

Then I met a Groomsman, who I like.

Then I figured I should hold off writing anymore about said Groomsman for a while and just let things happen.

Then the past few days I have had a hard time coming up with anything completely and utterly random to write about because I find myself talking about the Groomsman and thinking about that randomly throughout the day instead of other things that are completely and utterly random to post.

I have to keep going though! Blog365?! But then I will go to a course and vacation for the first couple of weeks of August and not try to post everyday. Right now, posts like this are more for keeping my life straight in my head, I think.

I am sure you all will miss me dearly when the beginning of August rolls around, but I will at least push to post something everyday until I leave. :-)

I am also only a couple of days away from my 300th post. CRAZY?!
